“Gender Equality is not a women’s prerogative or concern alone. We will never reach this parity with only one gender putting forth all the effort. The key lies in being aware about the need, being sensitive, being vocal and thus requires active contribution and inputs from both Women and Men. There are two values in our Value System that has captured this aspect of Gender Equality, viz. "Mutual Trust and Respect” and “Everyone can make a difference”. I would urge every Galaxite to adopt the following three “Cs” to sustain our efforts for ensuring Gender Equality: 1) Commitment 2) Change 3) Courage.”
